This is the 22nd in a series of drawings dedicated to my childhood heroes, the WWE Fallen Superstars. Raymond "Hercules" Fernandez was an 80s childhood staple for me in the WWF. Hercules was the perfect name for him because he had the physique and strength of a Greek God. The closest Hercules ever got to WWF gold was a title shot against Hulk Hogan on Saturday Night's Main Event in 1986. Although he was able to put the 300 lb Hogan in his torture rack, he came up short in the biggest match of his wrestling career. I will remember his impressive strength and his amazing ability to be a great heel.
