This is the 26th in a series of drawings dedicated to my childhood heroes, the WWE Fallen Superstars.

This is a very special edition of WWE Fallen Superstars. Matt Osborne, the first and longest-running wrestler to portray the character of Doink the Clown, sadly passed away yesterday at the age of 55 in his Texas home.

If a 12 year old me had my way, Doink the Clown would have been the WWF Champion. I loved Doink the Clown, which is funny because being in a room full of clowns is the most terrifying thing for me now(thanks Killer Klowns from Outer Space). There was just something about the way Osbourne played the character. I will always remember his feud with Crush that culminated with Wrestlemania IX when he defeated Crush using a second identical Doink and a prosthetic arm. Even though the character went on to have memorable moments after Osborne was fired for drug abuse in 1993, no one ever played that character as well as Matt Osborne did. Osborne will always be my Doink the Clown. It was truly a sad day for WWE Universe yesterday. He will be missed.
